Role Overview Select Offshore is recruiting experienced Wind Turbine Installation Supervisors on a contract basis to support utility-scale onshore wind farm construction projects across Europe, the Middle East and Africa. This role is suited to supervisors with strong mechanical or electrical backgrounds and hands-on experience leading onshore wind turbine installation activities from pre-assembly through mechanical completion. Key Responsibilities• Supervise daily onshore wind turbine installation activities including pre-assembly and mechanical installation• Coordinate installation crews, lifting operations, and site interfaces• Ensure all work is performed in line with OEM installation procedures, method statements, and
site requirements• Enforce site safety standards and intervene immediately if unsafe conditions arise• Prepare and manage installation documentation including work instructions, method statements, and handover records• Provide daily progress updates and site reporting Required Experience and Qualifications• Mechanical or electrical academic or vocational background• Proven experience supervising onshore wind turbine installation projects• Ability to read and interpret mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic diagrams• Valid GWO training with practical site experience• Fluent English communication skills• Willingness to work rotationally across multiple EMEA locations
