Technical operations and maintenance Manager – EV Charging Infrastructure
Job Description: We are hiring a Technical operations and maintenance Manager to lead EV charging infrastructure projects in Abu Dhabi and Al Ain.
Key Responsibilities: - Manage EV charger installation projects from start to finish- Oversee all on-site work, hardware installation, and project-related activities- Manage and guide project teams and subcontractors- Coordinate contractors, material/site estimation, and timeline execution- Ensure full compliance with ADDC/AADC requirements and approval processes- Supervise transformer upgrades and solar shade integration where needed- Track KPIs, milestones, and deliverables in line with management goals- Implement cost-saving solutions and alternative execution models- Ensure fast, high-quality project delivery
Requirements: - 5 years of experience in electrical infrastructure projects - Experience in solar shade systems and EV charger-related projects- Fluent in Arabic and English- PMP certification required- - Excellent leadership and project management skills- Proven ability to manage teams and oversee complex technical installations- Must have worked with major utility infrastructure projects in the UAE
Preferred Background: - Experience in energy, EV chargers, or infrastructure sectors
