Experience with performance and/or security testing. Knowledge of relevant tools such as Playwright, Java, Cucumber, Sonar Qube, Jenkins, and Intelli J. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent leadership and management skills. Exceptional communication skills for effective collaboration and reporting. A Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field. A certification in quality control (e.g., ISO 9000) is a plus. Language(s): English(fluent)

We are seeking a Quality Assurance Lead to oversee the quality assurance process and ensure that all products and services meet the highest standards. Process Development: Design and implement comprehensive test processes and debug procedures to ensure product quality. Test Management: Plan and oversee the execution of automated and exploratory tests. The primary focus of this role is to manage and direct the testing efforts of the QA team rather than performing extensive hands-on testing. Bug & Defect Management: Establish a consistent process for identifying, documenting, and tracking bugs across all domains, and ensure thorough regression testing is in place. Mentorship: Lead and mentor QA team members, manage external contractors, and ensure the team is up-to-date with industry standards. Quality Metrics: Develop and manage key quality assurance metrics to drive performance improvement across all teams. Compliance: Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations, maintaining high-quality documentation for all technical tasks.
