One of my global Automotive Clients are seeking an experienced Sail Point Developer for a 12-month freelance mission, with a very high likelihood of extension. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly technical IAM developer to build, customize, and enhance Sail Point solutions within a large-scale, modern environment.
Key Responsibilities Design and develop custom workflows, rules, connectors, and provisioning logic within Sail Point (Identity IQ or Identity Now). Integrate Sail Point with enterprise systems, cloud services, and directories, optimizing APIs and connectors. Write and optimize code in Beanshell, Java, Java Script, and related technologies to automate identity lifecycle processes. Implement role-based access models, entitlement structures, and policy logic within the Sail Point platform. Troubleshoot complex issues, debug defects, and ensure stable platform performance. Collaborate with engineering, security, and architecture teams to deliver scalable, reliable identity solutions.
Requirements Strong hands-on development experience with Sail Point Identity IQ and/or Identity Now. Solid understanding of IAM principles: RBAC, access governance, authentication, authorization, identity lifecycle. Experience developing solutions in large, complex enterprise environments is beneficial. Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical implementations clearly.
