We’re hiring on behalf of one of the most prestigious and respected groups in Dubai – and they’re looking for an HR Manager who wants to do more than “maintain” HR. This is about building it. Based in Business Bay, you’ll be the go-to HR person for a group of companies that is growing, ambitious and people-focused. You’ll be setting up and shaping the HR function almost from scratch, including:Creating and implementing HR policies, procedures and employee handbooks in line with UAE Labour Law Building a fair, transparent and consistent approach to employee relations (performance, grievances, disciplinary, etc.) Acting as a trusted partner to senior leaders and managers on all people-related matters Managing recruitment, onboarding and offboarding to ensure a smooth, professional experience for every employee Putting in place HR systems, documentation and processes that actually work in real life, not just on paper Supporting organisational design, workforce planning and change initiatives as the group continues to grow Driving engagement, culture and retention – helping make this a place where people genuinely want to stay and develop Who this role is perfect for
Has around 5–8+ years of solid HR experience, ideally in the UAEIs currently working as an HRBP, Senior HR Generalist or Assistant HR Manager and wants to be “the” HR person, not just part of a big team Knows UAE Labour Law well and is comfortable advising leaders on it Has experience setting up or significantly improving HR policies, processes or frameworks Enjoys being hands-on, close to the business and solving real people challenges Is confident, approachable and able to build trust quickly with both leadership and employees Communicates clearly, listens well and can balance empathy with business needs Fluency in English is essential; Arabic is a plus but not mandatory.
