About the Role:

Falcons Soft - الصقور للبرمجيات is seeking a Customer Support Engineer to join our team in Amman. This position requires a tech-savvy individual passionate about troubleshooting technical issues and providing exceptional customer support remotely from the office.

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively and efficiently.

• Provide exceptional customer support and ensure client satisfaction.
