Spare Part Specialist for Home Appliances and Home Entertainement

1 Experience: Minimum of 3 years in home appliances and home entertainment
2 Responsibilities:
• Manage inventory of spare parts for home appliances and home entertainment devices
• Identify and source quality spare parts from suppliers
• Receive and inspect incoming spare parts shipments
• Maintain accurate records of spare parts stock levels
• Provide technical assistance to customers regarding spare parts compatibility
• Collaborate with maintenance technicians to ensure proper use of spare parts
• Monitor and analyze spare parts usage and recommend stock replenishment
3 Requirements:
• Proven experience in handling spare parts for home appliances and home entertainment
• Strong knowledge of various home appliances and home entertainment devices
• Excellent organizational and inventory management skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills
• Familiarity with sourcing spare parts from different suppliers
