Desired Candidate Profile

1. Provide direct nursing care to patients according to their medical needs.

2. Monitor patients’ vital signs, symptoms, and overall health condition.

3. Administer medications, injections, IV fluids, and treatments as prescribed by doctors.

4. Assist doctors during examinations, procedures, and emergency situations.

5. Prepare and maintain accurate patient medical and nursing records.

6. Assess patients and report any changes in their condition to the physician.

7. Maintain proper infection-control and patient-safety procedures.

8. Assist with wound care, dressing changes, catheter care, and other nursing procedures.

9. Educate patients and their families regarding medications, treatment, hygiene, and post-discharge care.

10. Coordinate with doctors, nurses, laboratory staff, and other healthcare professionals.

11. Ensure proper handling and maintenance of medical equipment.

12. Follow hospital policies, nursing protocols, and applicable healthcare regulations.

13. Maintain patient confidentiality and professional nursing standards.

14. Provide compassionate care and emotional support to patients and their families.
