قم بتثبيت وتشغيل والمحافظة على أجهزة CCTV ونظام إدارة المباني (BMS) لضمان التشغيل الفعال والأمن والأتمتة لمرافق المبنى. نفّذ الصيانة الوقائية التصحيحية مع ضمان الامتثال لمعايير السلامة والتشغيل. قم بتثبيت وفحص وصيانة واستكشاف كاميرات CCTV وأنظمة NVR/DVR ووحدات BMS وأجهزة الاستشعار والمعدات المرتبطة. راقب وصنِّف أنظمة BMS التي تتحكم في التكييف والإضاءة وخدمات المبنى الأخرى لضمان الأداء الأمثل. تشخيص وتصحيح الأعطال في أجهزة CCTV وBMS والبرمجيات والأسلاك واتصالات الشبكة. إجراء اختبارات روتينية، وصيانة وقائية، وتحديثات النظام مع الحفاظ على سجلات خدمة دقيقة. التأكد من الامتثال لمتطلبات الصحة والسلامة والبيئة والتنسيق مع فرق المرافق لتقليل زمن تعطل النظام.

Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Install, operate, maintain, and troubleshoot CCTV and Building Management System (BMS) equipment to ensure the efficient operation, security, and automation of building facilities. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance while ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards. Install, inspect, maintain, and troubleshoot CCTV cameras, NVR/DVR systems, BMS controllers, sensors, and associated equipment. Monitor and maintain BMS systems controlling HVAC, lighting, and other building services to ensure optimal performance. Diagnose and rectify faults in CCTV and BMS hardware, software, wiring, and network connections. Perform routine testing, preventive maintenance, and system upgrades while maintaining accurate service records. Ensure compliance with HSE requirements and coordinate with facility teams to minimize system downtime.
Desired Candidate Profile
Diploma/ITI in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or a related technical field with experience in CCTV and BMS systems.
