Roles & Responsibilities

Manage the receipt, storage, and issuance of maintenance materials, spare parts, tools, and consumables to support uninterrupted maintenance operations. Maintain accurate inventory records while ensuring proper stock control and compliance with company procedures. Receive, inspect, store, and issue maintenance materials, spare parts, and tools as per company procedures. Maintain accurate inventory records and monitor stock levels to ensure timely replenishment. Conduct periodic stock counts and reconcile physical inventory with system records. Ensure proper storage, labeling, and preservation of materials to prevent damage or loss. Coordinate with maintenance teams and procurement to ensure the timely availability of required materials.

Desired Candidate Profile

Diploma/ITI or equivalent with experience in maintenance stores, inventory management, and ERP/storekeeping systems.
