- Ability to make fast decision at the time of emergency
- Contingency planning, Planning and Execution of Cementation job to get best result
- Mobilization, equipment lay out at site, treating iron leak test, cautioning site manpower from high pressure risks.
- Experienced in casing cementation jobs (min.7 jobs)
- Team Building and ability to work in a multidisciplinary Environment
- Experience in H2S/ Co2 environment
Required Skills and Competencies:
- Compliance of Safety Rules and Regulation for Cementing Operation
- Knowledge and Compliance of HSE Policy
- Excellent Leadership skill to work as team leader
- English language: Read, write and speak
- Experience with Pedigree clients and countries
Qualifications & Experience: High School and above with 2-5 years inline experience.
