Key Responsibilities
Strategic & Administrative Responsibilities
Develop the company’s annual financial strategy in alignment with corporate goals.
Supervise preparation of annual and quarterly budgets and ensure adherence.
Monitor daily financial performance, analyze variances, and implement corrective actions.
Manage cash flows and ensure financial obligations are met on time.
Oversee collections, payments, and management of receivables and payables.
Enhance financial and accounting systems and ensure integration with the ERP (Dynamics).
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports with strategic recommendations.
Ensure full compliance with tax regulations and local/international financial laws.
Field Responsibilities
Conduct periodic branch visits to verify application of financial procedures and cash handling.
Support branch finance teams and resolve issues affecting cash flow or financial accuracy.
Provide direct guidance to improve transparency and standardize financial workflows.
