Security and Safety Manager

Al-Madina Misrata Paints, a leading paints manufacturing company, is seeking a highly competent Security and Safety Manager to lead and manage all industrial security and occupational health & safety operations across the facility.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and enforce security and HSE policies, procedures, and systems.
• Oversee site security operations, including access control, surveillance systems, and incident response.
• Lead the implementation of occupational health & safety programs in compliance with local regulations and international standards.
• Monitor and report on HSE and security KPIs (incidents, near misses, audits, training, emergency drills, etc.).
• Conduct risk assessments, safety inspections, and security audits, ensuring corrective actions are implemented.
• Manage emergency preparedness, including evacuation plans, drills, and crisis response.
• Investigate incidents, accidents, and security breaches, and ensure proper documentation and corrective actions.
• Coordinate with government authorities and regulatory bodies when required.
• Train and supervise security personnel and safety staff.
• Promote a strong safety culture across all departments.
