Your Mission as a Wireline Cased Hole Engineer:
As a Wireline Cased Hole Engineer, your mission is to lead and execute complex wireline operations with precision and safety. You will play a critical role in delivering high-quality data and services that optimize well performance while ensuring strict adherence to operational standards and safety protocols.
You will be handling these duties and responsibilities as a Wireline Cased Hole Engineer:
Plan, execute, and supervise cased hole wireline operations in both rig and rigless environments
Perform advanced services including PLT, cement evaluation, and production logging
Lead perforation operations and ensure safe handling of explosives
Execute pipe recovery operations using tools such as FPIT, plugs, and cutters
Manage Pressure Control Equipment (PCE), including rig-up and rig-down activities
Interpret logging data and provide technical recommendations to clients
Ensure compliance with HSE standards, particularly in H2S environments
Mentor junior engineers and crew members to maintain high operational standards
Qualifications and Skills that will allow you to thrive as a Wireline Cased Hole Engineer:
Minimum 3 years of experience in cased hole wireline operations
Strong expertise in PLT, cement evaluation, and production logging services
Proven hands-on experience in perforation and explosive handling
In-depth knowledge of pipe recovery tools (FPIT, plugs, cutters, etc.)
Solid understanding of PCE systems and operational procedures
Experience working in both rig-based and rigless operations
Strong familiarity with Reservoir Saturation Monitoring Tools (RST/RMT or equivalent)
Experience working in H2S environments with strict safety compliance
