We are hiring Control Room Manager (Sales Operations Manager ) — Libya
Maggadit Food Industries is scaling fast. We’re looking for a hands‑on leader to run our Sales Control Room—monitoring real‑time orders, routes, and delivery performance to keep OTIF, fill rate, and coverage on target.
You will:
• Monitor live dashboards (orders, routes, inventory, POS availability)
• Coordinate with Sales, Warehouse & Transport to resolve exceptions in real time
• Drive KPI performance: OTIF, OSA, fill rate, call productivity, route compliance
• Lead a control‑room team across shifts; enforce SOPs & data accuracy
• Optimize processes using ERP/CRM/WMS/TMS & Power BI/Excel

Skills
Qualifications (min. 5 years):
• 5+ years in FMCG sales operations/control room/dispatch or route‑to‑market execution
• Strong ERP/CRM skills and team leadership
• Bachelor’s in Business/Supply Chain/Industrial Engineering (or equivalent)
• Fluent in Arabic & English
