Sales Manager in Turism

Libya - Tripoli

We are seeking a Sales Manager to strengthen our office team in Libya, increase brand awareness, and build customer loyalty.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide advice to customers about tourism products, while building trusting relationships to complete purchases.
  • Handle incoming messages and calls.
  • Develop and expand our customer database.
  • Adhere to regulatory procedures and manage customer data via a CRM system.
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret customer feedback and opinions to improve the quality of our services.
  • Cooperate with other departments within the company.
  • Achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) and sales targets.
  • Conduct regular visits to our partner companies.

Requirements:

  • The employee must be Libyan, free of bad habits, and have no criminal record.
  • Must have at least 3 years of experience in sales or customer service, preferably in the tourism or medical field.
  • Negotiation, presentation, and persuasion skills.
  • Proficiency in sales techniques and stages, with the ability to handle objections.
  • High-level English reading, writing, and speaking skills.
  • Confident computer user, skilled in working with Google Docs and spreadsheets, customer relationship management, social media, and chat programs.
  • Self-motivated, able to work under pressure, and focused on achieving results.
