We are seeking a Sales Manager to strengthen our office team in Libya, increase brand awareness, and build customer loyalty.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide advice to customers about tourism products, while building trusting relationships to complete purchases.
- Handle incoming messages and calls.
- Develop and expand our customer database.
- Adhere to regulatory procedures and manage customer data via a CRM system.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret customer feedback and opinions to improve the quality of our services.
- Cooperate with other departments within the company.
- Achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) and sales targets.
- Conduct regular visits to our partner companies.
Requirements:
- The employee must be Libyan, free of bad habits, and have no criminal record.
- Must have at least 3 years of experience in sales or customer service, preferably in the tourism or medical field.
- Negotiation, presentation, and persuasion skills.
- Proficiency in sales techniques and stages, with the ability to handle objections.
- High-level English reading, writing, and speaking skills.
- Confident computer user, skilled in working with Google Docs and spreadsheets, customer relationship management, social media, and chat programs.
- Self-motivated, able to work under pressure, and focused on achieving results.
