Our client, is a leading manufacturing and food distribution company dedicated to creating delicious and high-quality confectionery products, is looking for an Assistant Branch Manager in Tripoli, Lebanon. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in branch management, with a preference for experience in the Arabic sweets industry. This role requires excellent leadership, organizational, and customer service skills. 



Responsibilities:



  • Support the Branch Manager in daily operations and management.
  • Assist in leading and coaching branch staff to ensure high performance.
  • Help manage branch budgets and monitor financial performance.
  • Contribute to developing and implementing sales strategies.
  • Assist in building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
  • Help prepare and present performance reports.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Oversee inventory management, particularly in Arabic sweets.

Qualifications:



  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Experience in the Arabic sweets industry preferred.
  • Strong leadership and team support skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
