Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Hotel Night Audit/Supervisor at Staybridge Suites Beirut located in Beirut. As a Hotel Night Audit/Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the nightly operations of the hotel, including guest check-ins/check-outs, providing excellent customer service, and handling any guest inquiries or issues that may arise.


Qualifications

1. Prior experience in a similar role within
hotels
2. Proficiency in Opera or similar hotel
management software and systems
Strong attention to detail and excellent
organizational skills
3. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
effectively
4. Excellent communication and
interpersonal skills
5. Availability to work night shifts and
weekends
6. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to
handle difficult situations
