- This role focuses on creating and optimizing social media ads to effectively communicate our client’s values and vision while driving growth and engagement.

Key Responsibilities
Client Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their brand values, vision, and objectives.
- Collaborate with clients to develop ad strategies that align with their goals and effectively communicate their brand message.
Social Media Ads Strategy:
- Develop customized social media advertising strategies tailored to each client’s target audience and budget.
- Identify key messaging and creative elements to effectively convey the client’s values and vision through ads.
Campaign Execution:
- Create and launch social media ad campaigns across platforms such as Facebook and Instagram.
- Develop engaging ad creatives ideas, including copy and visuals that resonate with the target audience.
Performance Optimization:
- Monitor ad performance closely, analyzing key metrics such as click-through rates, conversions, and return on ad spend (ROAS).
- Optimize ad campaigns based on performance data to maximize results and achieve client objectives.
Client Reporting and Communication:
- Generate regular reports outlining ad performance, insights, and recommendations for improvement.
- Maintain open and transparent communication with clients, providing updates on campaign progress and addressing any concerns.
Continuous Improvement:
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, platform updates, and best practices in social media advertising.
- Test new ad formats, targeting options, and creative approaches to enhance campaign effectiveness.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in managing social media advertising campaigns, with a focus on Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and other relevant platforms.
- Strong understanding of social media advertising strategies, including audience targeting, ad creative development, and campaign optimization.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey clients’ values and vision through ad copy and imagery.
- Analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights to improve campaign performance.
- High level of autonomy and self-motivation, with the ability to manage client relationships and deliver results independently.
Compensation
- The Freelancer’s compensation shall be 35% of the contract value for each client managed.
- Payment will be provided on a monthly basis, with detailed revenue breakdowns and compensation owed.
