A trade company in Erbil is looking for an experienced HR Executive to work in the HR department.
Job Description:
HR maintains and enhances the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices.
Human Resources tasks include but are not limited to:
- Recruitment Induction and On-Boarding
- HR Policies and HR Manual
- Attendance and Leave Records
- Performance Management
- Employee Engagement
- Workforce Management
- Exit formalities
- Compensation and benefits
- Training and development
Job Specifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Psychology, or any related field from a reputable university.
- +3 years’ experience in HR and interacting with all levels of management.
- Team player and an excellent motivator
- Supervisory and team-building skills
- Excellent communication skills orally and in written coupled with an advisory role.
- Ability to work under pressure
- Discretion and ethical attitude
- Excellent knowledge of employment law.
- The work basement is in Erbil.
- Fluency in English and Arabic is a must, Kurdish is a plus.
