Essential Requirements: . 5+ years in the SMS sector, with in-depth knowledge of MySQL, TCP, HTTP, and SMPP protocols.. Proficient in Windows/Linux, with solid networking and database skills.. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related, or equivalent experience.. Ready to work overnight shifts.. Strong problem-solving abilities, excellent at teamwork and knowledge sharing.. Experience with ticketing systems for issue tracking and resolution.
