Short-Term Project Opportunity: B2B Customer Support for German Pharmacy Account

Duration: 23rd May, 27th May, 29th May, 3rd June, 5th June, and 10th June, from 10 AM to 6 PM.

Compensation: Up to 800 EGP per day, Dependant on German proficiency level.

We have a temporary opportunity available for individuals fluent in German to serve as B2B customer support representatives for a pharmacy in Germany. Your primary responsibilities will include monitoring incoming orders and ensuring their prompt acceptance by the pharmacy. Should an order remain unaccepted for 5-7 minutes, you will be required to contact the pharmacy to expedite the process. Additionally, you may receive occasional calls from the pharmacy for order feedback.

Tasks Include:

  • Monitoring order status and ensuring timely acceptance.
  • Making calls to prompt order acceptance.
  • Providing feedback to the pharmacy as necessary.
  • Updating order statuses and leaving messages on our Slack channel.

Training: Quick training will be provided as needed to ensure comfort and proficiency in communication with the pharmacy.
