- Previous costing experience is an advantage.

- Advise on investment activities and provide strategies that the company should take
- Extensive corporate and personal tax experience
- Exceptional computer skills, including Microsoft Office and databases
- Expertise in the preparation of the financial statements, balance sheets, P&L and Cash Flow Management

- Minimum 5 years' experience in similar position at real estate back-ground
