Study the projects contract documents (time schedule, project design drawings, BOQ, etc.).Ensures all relevant documentation for bid proposals is complete and accurate.Preparation of tender pre-qualification documents by understanding the company work performed experience.Ability to review vendors and select proper material suitable for the projects.Contacting suppliers and get best offers for estimating.Prepare technical proposals by reviewing tender documents/ drawings, preparing technical offers.Prepare the financial/technical offer.Negotiating tender and contract terms and conditions to meet both client and company needs.Preparation of materials take off.Make necessary engineering calculations to support product selection/recommendation.Prepare and follow up the RFI’s and variation orders and prepare notice to claim in cooperation with the contracts team.
