Inventory Controller

Responsibilities:

Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records through regular stock counts, reconciliations, and adjustments.
Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and logistics teams to ensure timely receipt, storage, and distribution of inventory items.
Analyze inventory levels, trends, and usage patterns to forecast demand, optimize stock levels, and prevent stockouts or overstock situations.
Implement inventory control procedures and best practices to minimize shrinkage, loss, and obsolescence.
Conduct regular audits and inspections of inventory storage areas to ensure compliance with safety, security, and regulatory standards.
Collaborate with sales, production, and other departments to forecast inventory requirements and plan inventory replenishment orders.
Identify and resolve discrepancies or discrepancies in inventory records, investigating root causes and implementing corrective actions.

Requirements:

Proven experience in inventory control, warehouse management, or logistics roles.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and trends to make informed decisions.
Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in inventory tracking and record-keeping.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
