Job Title: HR Manager

Location: Dubai

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes. The HR Manager will be responsible for developing HR strategies, managing employee relations, recruiting and staffing, performance management, training and development, compensation and benefits, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
  • Manage and oversee the recruitment and hiring process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions
  • Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
  • Manage employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievances
  • Develop and implement performance management systems to evaluate employee performance and drive continuous improvement
  • Coordinate employee training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
  • Administer employee benefits programs and ensure competitive and cost-effective benefits packages
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure a positive and productive work environment
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in HR management

Requirements:

  • Proven work experience as an HR Manager or similar role
  • Strong knowledge of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to effectively communicate with employees at all levels of the organization
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred
  • HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus
