Job Overview


We are looking for a young and dynamic female to join our team as a Logistics and Administrative Coordinator.

In this role, you will be responsible for handling a variety of tasks related to logistics, documentation, and office administration.

Your attention to detail and organizational skills will be crucial in ensuring the smooth operations of our office.


Summary of Responsibilities 


  • All admin related to logistics for incoming and outgoing shipments within the Jafza Free Zone. This will include coordinating with our 3rd party logistics team, the sales team, customers and drivers who will deliver and collect shipments.
  • Warehouse and stock management - manually update logs including Inventory Stocks, Sales Logs, Stock Updates, PO Balance, Dubai Customs Logs, and Inbound and Outbound Stock Logs. Also visiting the 3rd party warehouse to check stock before loading.
  • Ordering office supplies and other commodities needed in the office.
  • Oversee regular visits of Cleaning, Maintenance, Fire Safety, and Pest Control teams.
  • Perform additional admin duties as assigned by the Office Manager and required by the team.
  • Assist sales team with sample testing, sending samples to our lab in Europe and US, and sending reports to clients.

Cover for staff on leave 


To be able to cover basic admin tasks for Office Manager and Marketing/Travel Coordinator while they are on leave. 


Work Hours 


In the office based in Jafza - Monday to Friday 9 am to 5 pm with 1 hour lunch break

Entitled leave: 22 workdays per year, can be taken only after passing a 6-month probation period.

Skills

UAE Driver’s license and own car in Dubai

Minimum of 3-years UAE experience

Positive attitude and willingness to work hard and think outside the box

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams).

Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Business degree/equivalent years in experience
