LEAD CONCEPT ARCHITECT Experience: 12 – 15 years relevant experience with reputed Architectural Design & consultancy firms Qualification: Bachelor/Master of Architecture Other Skills & Experience

• Conceptualization of architectural design for various buildings & project development typologies.
• Expert in efficient and function appropriate space planning
• Preparing and developing innovative design concepts.
• Leading the concept design phase of assigned projects.
• Leading and guiding the assigned concept design team to obtain optimum results.
• Preparing & presenting conceived concept design reports to client and stakeholders.
• Fully aware of all related code compliances & regulations
• Comprehensive understanding of all engineering aspects to be considered appropriately in the Architectural concept design.
• Competent in usage of all prevalent software to develop architectural concepts including parametric design & working in BIM platform.
• Concept architectural designs to be environmentally sensitive & reminiscent with sustainability.
• Capable of designing project budgets.
• LEED Certification
• Must have worked for major projects - High rise buildings, towers, hotels, stadiums, etc
