About the role
The Pool & Restaurant Guest Relations at the Four Seasons Hotel are the first and last point of contact with the guest upon entering/exiting the restaurant. They are the first and last impression the guest will have of the outlet and because of that, are an integral part of guest satisfaction.

What you will do
Assist the Senior Poo & Restaurant Guest Experience, work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors Requires ability to operate computer equipment and other food & beverage computer systems Respond to all guest requests (physical or digital) in an accurate and timely manner making recommendations based on local knowledge and hotel practices. Inspect and maintain daily menus to ensure quality, condition and appearance while developing a complete working knowledge of all menu items and daily specials. The ability to be visible in the operation, provide recognition, promote good public relations, and handle complaints, concerns or special requests for guests, clients, and /or group Help build an outlet database based on frequent hotel/local guest requirements and preference Education: school education or equivalent experience. Experience: Experience in a luxury brands is a plus
