Arroban International Shipping Company is hiring Operations & Commercial Executives to manage vessel operations, NVOCC container tracking, freight forwarding networks, and commercial reporting for Oil & Gas (O&G) and general cargo sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

Commercial & Network Management: Handle daily inquiries, prepare import/export quotations across various Incoterms, and manage daily, weekly, and monthly commercial reports.

Vessel & Tanker Operations: Monitor vessel and tanker movements step-by-step, providing detailed operational tracking and updates.

Container & NVOCC Tracking: Track and manage container movements closely with NVOCC owners and partner networks.

Stakeholder Communication: Maintain prompt daily email correspondence with shipping lines, overseas partners, and client networks.

Desired Candidate Profile

Education & Experience: 15 years of hands-on experience in shipping, freight forwarding, or logistics (Oil & Gas logistics experience preferred).

Age Limit: 25 to 35 years.

Communication: Excellent written and spoken English skills.

Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and professional email communication.

Industry Knowledge: Solid understanding of Incoterms, shipping line coordination, and container movement workflows.
