Manages: HR Managers / HR Business Partners for hospitals, clinics, schools, and training centers.business.linkedin+1Role Purpose:Lead the overall people strategy across healthcare and education entities, ensuring HR practices directly support patient care quality, learner outcomes, and organisational growth.business.linkedin+1Build compliant, scalable HR frameworks covering clinical, academic, and administrative staff in multiple locations.business.linkedin+1Key Responsibilities – Strategy & Governance:Develop and implement HR strategy aligned with healthcare and education business plans and regulatory requirements.business.linkedin+1Standardise HR policies and procedures (recruitment, onboarding, performance, grievance, disciplinary, and exit) across all entities.business.linkedin+1Ensure compliance with labour laws and sector regulators (health authorities, education and accreditation bodies) in each jurisdiction Oversee HR risk, audit, and compliance, and manage documentation for inspections, accreditation, and renewals. Key Responsibilities – Workforce Planning & Talent:Lead workforce planning and staffing for doctors, nurses, allied healthcare professionals, teachers, trainers, and support staff. Design recruitment and selection processes that assess both technical competence and behavioural fit for patient‑facing and learner‑facing roles.business.linkedin+1Implement robust onboarding and continuous training frameworks, including clinical competencies, teaching excellence, and compliance trainin Develop succession plans for critical clinical and academic leadership roles Key Responsibilities – Culture, Engagement & Performance:Promote a culture of safety, ethics, empathy, and professional excellence across healthcare and education entities. Design and oversee performance management, ensuring clear KPIs for patient care, teaching quality, and operational efficiency Drive employee engagement and well‑being programmes (burnout prevention, counselling, flexible schedules, recognition) tailored to clinical and academic staff Manage complex employee relations issues, grievances, and investigations, ensuring fair and compliant outcomes. Key Responsibilities – Compensation, Benefits & HR Operations:Oversee compensation and benefits structures for clinical and academic staff, balancing competitiveness, internal equity, and budget constraints. Ensure accurate and timely payroll, leave management, and benefits administration across entities Use HR data and analytics to monitor attrition, absenteeism, overtime, and productivity, and recommend corrective actions. Qualifications & Experience:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.business.linkedin+2Minimum 12–18 years of HR experience, with at least 5 years in a senior HR leadership role.linkedin+1Proven experience in healthcare and/or education (hospitals, clinics, schools, universities, or training centres) or similarly regulated service industries Strong knowledge of labour laws and sector‑specific accreditation/compliance requirements (health authorities, education ministries, licensing bodies).
