Position: Biology Expert Type: Contract Compensation: $80 - $90/hour Location: Remote Commitment: 10-40 hrs/week
Role Responsibilities Evaluate and provide detailed feedback on biology-related data, prompts, or content utilized in AI development. Create, review, and refine scientific scenarios, questions, or explanations representative of real-world biological problems. Offer expert-level insights to ensure accuracy, relevance, and depth in AI training datasets and outputs. Collaborate with platform teams to clarify ambiguous queries and enhance data quality or coverage related to biological subjects. Document findings, methodologies, and rationales to support transparency and reproducibility in project deliverables. Participate in iterative review cycles, contributing to continuous improvements of the AI model s capabilities in biology.
Requirements PhD in biology or a closely related life science discipline. Demonstrated expertise in core biological concepts and the ability to contextualize complex topics for diverse audiences. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for clear articulation of feedback and scientific reasoning. Experience with scientific data analysis, critical evaluation of information, and synthesis of complex subject matter. Ability to work autonomously and manage deliverables within defined project frameworks. Prior contributions to interdisciplinary projects or scientific collaborations.
