We are looking for a qualified Procurement Specialist to join our team and support Roads & Infrastructure Projects.
Key Responsibilities:Manage the full procurement cycle, including RFQs, bid evaluations, supplier selection, and purchase order issuance. Source materials, equipment, and subcontractors in accordance with project requirements and schedules. Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers and vendors. Coordinate with Engineering, Construction, Planning, and Project Management teams to ensure timely procurement of project requirements. Monitor supplier performance and ensure compliance with contractual and technical requirements. Follow up on material deliveries, purchase orders, invoices, and supplier payments. Maintain procurement records and prepare procurement reports. Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures.
Requirements:Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement within construction, roads, and infrastructure projects. Strong experience in supplier management, sourcing, and contract negotiation. Familiarity with ERP systems and Microsoft Office applications. Excellent communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
