Roles & Responsibilities
Septimius Security LLC is currently seeking experienced and professional Static Security Contractors to support a diplomatic security task in Libya.
This opportunity is suited to disciplined security professionals who can operate effectively within a structured diplomatic environment while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism, operational awareness, reliability, and client service.
Rotation Schedule - 8 Weeks On / 4 Weeks Off
- 12-hour shifts
- 7 days per week while deployed
- Rotations subject to operational requirements
Key Responsibilities Successful contractors will be responsible for:
- Static security and access control duties
- Protection of designated personnel, property, and assets
- Monitoring entry and exit points
- Visitor screening and access management
- Maintaining compound security and integrity
- Incident reporting and escalation
- CCTV, alarm, and communication system monitoring
- Compliance with operational SOPs and client procedures
- Supporting emergency and contingency responses
- Maintaining professional conduct and operational discipline
- Working effectively within multinational security teams
Mandatory Requirements Nationality: EU Nationals Only Experience - Minimum 3 years of military, law enforcement, or commercial security experience
- Experience in hostile, austere, or high-risk environments preferred
- Diplomatic, government, or static security experience advantageous
Qualifications - Accredited and current Close Protection qualification OR recognized military/security equivalent
- Minimum FREC 3 medical qualification or internationally recognized equivalent
- Demonstrable weapons handling competency

Preferred Experience The following are considered advantageous:
- Previous Libya deployment experience
- Embassy or diplomatic security experience
- Static security contract experience
- Multinational team experience
- Experience operating under international security standards and SOPs
