About the Role We are seeking a highly skilled Senior i OS Developer to join our engineering team as an individual contributor. This role is ideal for someone with exceptional software engineering fundamentals, a passion for building high-performance applications, and the ability to solve complex technical challenges. Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain high-performance i OS applications and features. Architect scalable, maintainable, and efficient software solutions. Apply strong knowledge of algorithms, data structures, and software design principles to solve complex problems. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product, design, and engineering stakeholders. Contribute to technical discussions, code reviews, and architectural decisions. Optimize application performance, reliability, and user experience. Mentor team members through technical leadership and best practices where appropriate. Required Qualifications Strong software engineering background with deep expertise in algorithms, data structures, and system architecture. Proven experience building custom, high-performance software systems. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and collaboration abilities. Understanding of elementary linear algebra and vector calculus. Experience working in fast-paced, highly technical engineering environments. Preferred Qualifications7+ years of i OS development experience. Strong proficiency with Swift and the i OS development ecosystem. Experience building and shipping production-grade mobile applications. Familiarity with modern mobile architecture patterns and performance optimization techniques. Nice to Have Experience designing or working with complex distributed and concurrent systems. Knowledge of synchronization technologies, conflict resolution, and data consistency models. Experience with technologies and concepts such as CRDTs (Conflict-Free Replicated Data Types), offline-first architectures, or real-time synchronization systems.
