The Opportunity The Regional Operations Lead owns end-to-end operational performance, delivery, and client experience across all sites and lines of business in their region. They translate global strategy and client commitments into consistent, high-quality, cost-disciplined execution on the ground — at scale, across multiple countries and concurrent LOBs. This is a senior leadership role for someone who can hold complexity, lead with conviction, and operate as a strong regional voice in both day-to-day delivery and global account strategy. You'll carry full P&L accountability for several thousand FTE spanning content moderation, customer support, live moderation, data labeling/annotation, and emerging products.
The Responsibilities & Duties Operational Delivery Drive SLA, KPI, productivity, and quality performance across all LOBs and sites. Lead the regional management cadence — daily, weekly, MBR, QBR. Diagnose underperformance and lead structured turnarounds with clear owners and exit criteria. Site & Network Leadership Lead and develop Ops Directors across the region. Balance capacity and footprint across the network. Maintain a clear view of site health across people, process, controls, and risk. Client Management Serve as the primary regional client contact. Build senior-level relationships, represent the region in QBRs and escalations, and own recovery plans that address root cause — not just symptoms. People & Culture Build a high-performing regional leadership team. Own attrition, engagement, and wellbeing outcomes. Champion duty-of-care standards, particularly across content moderation programs. Quality, Risk & Compliance Partner with Quality leads to ensure consistent frameworks and calibration. Own BCP, security, data protection, audit readiness, and incident response across the regional network. Commercial & Financial Performance Deliver regional revenue, gross margin, and productivity targets. Manage headcount plans, cost ratios, and overhead. Identify and execute margin levers: shoring, automation, AHT improvement, and footprint optimization. Transformation Lead regional adoption of AI tooling and process re-engineering. Run pilots, measure outcomes, and scale what works. Feed regional insights into the global transformation roadmap.
The Qualifications10+ years of operations leadership experience Demonstrated experience running operations across multiple lines of business and multiple countries within a region. Strong track record of managing senior client relationships at executive level, ideally with technology or hyperscale clients. Direct exposure to content moderation, trust & safety, customer support, or data labeling/annotation operations is strongly preferred. Proven P&L ownership and commercial discipline at scale Experience leading through transformation, automation, AI deployment, footprint changes, or large-scale re-engineering. Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent advanced qualification preferred.
