Position: Construction Specialist

Type: Hourly contract

Compensation: $20 - $45/hour

Location: Remote

Commitment: 10 40 hours/week

Role Responsibilities

Evaluate and annotate construction processes and workflows for AI training. Collaborate with technical teams to develop construction project scenarios. Provide feedback on project management documentation and process improvements. Identify gaps in AI understanding of construction practices and recommend solutions. Review AI-generated content for accuracy and alignment with industry standards. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to meet project milestones. Document methodologies, findings, and process enhancements.

Requirements

Strong experience in construction methods, tools, and industry practices. Strong project management and organizational skills. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams in a remote environment. Strong documentation and reporting capabilities. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
