Position: STEM Expert Type: Hourly contract Compensation: $30 - $40/hour Location: Remote Commitment: 10 40 hours/week
Role Responsibilities Analyze images and videos to identify key STEM concepts and detailed subject insights. Develop complex, high-quality questions requiring deep subject-matter expertise. Categorize and tag content accurately for efficient workflow and expert routing. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure content quality and consistency. Use data analysis and literature review to inform content development. Apply innovative instructional methods and educational technologies. Mentor team members and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements Strong subject-matter expertise in a STEM discipline. Experience in curriculum development and instructional design. Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently in a remote environment. Experience with educational technology or digital tools. Strong collaboration and project leadership capabilities.
