Role Responsibilities Edit and deliver high-quality video content using Kdenlive, from raw footage to final export. Manage complex multi-layered projects with efficient non-linear editing workflows. Implement proxy editing techniques for handling high-resolution and multi-track footage. Apply professional color grading and correction to ensure visual consistency and quality. Perform precise audio editing, mixing, and synchronization for broadcast-ready output. Optimize rendering and export settings for various platforms while maintaining high-quality standards. Collaborate with team members to align creative direction with technical execution.
Requirements Proven hands-on expertise in Kdenlive, including advanced editing features and workflows. Strong understanding of non-linear editing, proxy workflows, and multi-track compositing. Experience with color grading, audio mixing, and post-production finishing. Ability to manage complex editing projects from start to completion. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational skills for structuring and archiving video projects. Passion for staying updated with video editing tools and best practices.
