Role Responsibilities Serve as a subject matter expert to support AI training using real-world commercial flight experience. Develop and refine technical documentation focused on aviation workflows, safety protocols, and operational scenarios. Collaborate with AI engineers and data scientists to ensure models reflect accurate pilot procedures and best practices. Review and validate AI-generated outputs for compliance with aviation regulations and safety standards. Communicate complex aviation concepts through clear written reports and structured feedback. Provide guidance on AI applications across fixed-wing and rotary aircraft operations, including charter, air tours, and EMS missions. Promote safety-first thinking and regulatory compliance across all AI training deliverables.
Requirements Active Commercial Pilot certificate with strong experience in fixed-wing or helicopter operations. Background in charter flights, air ambulance, air tours, or other specialized missions. Strong knowledge of aviation safety standards and regulatory requirements. Excellent technical writing skills with ability to produce clear, accurate documentation. Strong verbal communication skills and ability to collaborate across remote teams. High attention to detail with strong analytical and validation skills. Comfortable working independently in a remote environment with cross-functional stakeholders.
