Role Responsibilities Review and evaluate AI-generated outputs related to airfield operations, ground logistics, and aviation safety. Provide detailed feedback and corrections to improve accuracy and real-world operational relevance. Ensure AI responses align with FAA/ICAO regulations, safety protocols, and airfield compliance standards. Create, validate, and update training content covering runway operations, aircraft movement, weather impacts, and emergency procedures. Work with ML engineers and content teams to refine annotation standards and improve data quality. Identify outdated practices, incorrect assumptions, and operational inconsistencies in AI-generated material. Promote best practices in airfield operations and ground safety across project deliverables.
Requirements Hands-on experience in airfield operations (e.g., Airfield Operations Specialist, Airport Operations Officer, Ramp Controller, or similar). Strong understanding of runway safety, aircraft movement control, and regulatory compliance (FAA/ICAO). Familiarity with NOTAMs, ARFF coordination, FOD prevention, airfield inspections, and airport operational systems. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly. Detail-oriented mindset with strong focus on safety, accuracy, and compliance. Ability to work independently in a remote, structured review or annotation environment. Strong problem-solving skills and commitment to continuous improvement.
