We are seeking an experienced professional with deep trading and hedge fund expertise, a keen analytical mind, and a passion for clear, impactful communication—both written and verbal.
Key Responsibilities Lead and execute daily trade reconciliation processes to ensure portfolio accuracy and compliance. Analyze portfolio performance and provide insightful analytics to inform strategic investment decisions. Develop and maintain effective risk management strategies and controls for trading activities. Collaborate cross-functionally to optimize investment workflows and reporting standards. Monitor, evaluate, and report on market trends, performance benchmarks, and emerging risks. Support the implementation of new trading systems, tools, and best practices within the team. Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to stakeholders, adapting style to audience as needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications Proven experience with trade reconciliation and portfolio management analytics in a trading or hedge fund environment. Comprehensive understanding of financial markets, products, and trading strategies. Advanced analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets. Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail. Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities, capable of conveying complex concepts clearly. Proficiency with portfolio management platforms and analytical tools. Demonstrated ability to work independently in a remote setting and collaborate effectively with distributed teams.
Preferred Qualifications Advanced degree in finance, economics, mathematics, or a related field. Professional certifications such as CFA, FRM, or CAIA. Experience with automated trading systems or alternative investment strategies.
