Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in the Kuwait City Metropolitan Area. The Civil Engineer will be responsible for overseeing the design and planning of infrastructure and construction projects, with a focus on civil engineering systems. The role involves preparing and reviewing technical drawings, managing stormwater systems, coordinating with project teams, ensuring structural soundness, and compliance with regulatory standards. The Civil Engineer will work closely with the project planning teams to optimize timelines and resources.
Qualifications Proficiency in Civil Engineering Design and Structural Analysis Knowledge of Civil Engineering concepts and practices Experience with Planning and Project Management Expertise in Stormwater Management and Drainage Systems Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field Licensure or certification in civil engineering is an advantage
Requirements:Experience: Graduation year between 2014 and 2017 (approx. 7–10 years of experience). Expertise: Solid field experience in construction and finishing works (turnkey projects). Local Knowledge: Previous experience within the Kuwaiti market is highly preferred. Soft Skills: Proven ability to work within a team and handle high-pressure environments.
