Overview of the role:
- The primary focus of the role will be responsible for buying pre-owned vehicles as required by the stock target report and the daily stock availability report.
What you will do:
- Ensuring that the key performance indicators of purchase, stock age, trade sales and gross margin are met.
- Appraising the vehicles technically and accurately estimating preparation expenses and valuing it as per latest valuation guide and stock target / availability reports.
- Providing trade-in services to new car executives by appraising and valuating part exchange vehicles.
- Capturing the details of all the appraised vehicles in IS Auto through the system and maintaining the system appraisal file for regular follow ups and purchases.
- Completing the negotiation, purchasing and transfer of legal ownership of the purchased vehicle and providing the required documents to the Administration department in order to process the purchase.
- Ensuring that the vehicles are purchased with all required accessories.
Required Skills to be successful:
- - Knowledge of used cars.
- – Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- - Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- – Customer and relationship management.
About the Team:
- Reporting to the Head of Automall Operations and will work closely with the Sales and internal and external stakeholders.
What equips you for the role:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma.
- 3 – 4 years used car buyer experience within Automotive industry.
- Experience with appraising vehicles and estimating their repair cost.
- Valid Qatar driver’s license.
