Your Role:
As an Unreal Engine 5 Artist, you will transform architectural and real estate concepts into breathtaking, immersive 3D experiences. This is your chance to work on innovative projects that push boundaries, and deliver visuals that inspire and captivate.

What You’ll Do:
• Design and develop high-quality 3D visualizations and interactive scenes using Unreal Engine 5.
• Collaborate with architects, designers, and developers to transform concepts into stunning immersive and engaging digital realities.
• Optimize assets, lighting, and shaders for photorealistic visuals and seamless performance.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure seamless project execution.
• Research and implement the latest trends in Unreal Engine and 3D visualization.
• Deliver work that meets global standards in design and performance.

What We’re Looking For:
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Computer Science, Game Development, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience with Unreal Engine 5, particularly in creating artistic and photorealistic visualizations.
• Proficiency in C++/ Blueprints and significant experience with Unreal Engine 4/5
• Strong skills in 3D modeling software like Blender, 3ds Max, or Maya.
• A creative mindset with attention to detail and a passion for innovation.
• Previous experience in real estate visualization or architectural design is a plus.
• Experience with VR/AR development is a plus.
• Solid understanding and experience with Next-gen Unreal Engine Tools (Nanite, Lumen, Niagara, PCG Tools)
• Experience with Unreal Engine Foliage, Landscape and Modeling tools
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Strong understanding of Art fundamentals (Composition, Color, Perspective, Value etc.)
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Fluent in Arabic, English is a bonus
• Portfolio required: Showcase your Unreal Engine projects and 3D visualizations.
