About Role:


The Task Tracking Coordinator is responsible for overseeing and managing the workflow of various projects and tasks within the organization. This role involves monitoring progress, ensuring deadlines are met, and facilitating communication among team members. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.


Key Responsibilities:


Task Management: Track and update the status of ongoing tasks and projects using project management tools and software.

Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for project updates, ensuring all team members are informed of their responsibilities and deadlines.

Reporting: Prepare regular reports on project status, highlighting any issues or delays and providing solutions for resolution.

Coordination: Collaborate with different departments to prioritize tasks, allocate resources, and streamline workflows.

Documentation: Maintain accurate records of project timelines, deliverables, and changes in scope.

Problem-Solving: Identify potential bottlenecks in the workflow and proactively suggest improvements.

Meetings: Organize and facilitate regular check-in meetings to assess project progress and adjust plans as necessary.

Training: Assist in onboarding new team members on project management tools and processes.


Qualifications:


Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.

Proven experience in project coordination or management, preferably in a similar industry.

Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Trello, Asana, Microsoft Project).

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
