Job Overview

We are looking for energetic and motivated Mobile Phone Promoters to represent and promote our mobile phone brand in retail stores and various events. The ideal candidate will engage with potential customers, demonstrate product features, and drive sales by highlighting the unique selling points of our mobile phones.

Key Responsibilities

  • Product Promotion: Actively promote mobile phone products to customers in retail outlets, shopping malls, and at promotional events.
  • Customer Engagement: Approach customers, understand their needs, and recommend suitable mobile phone models based on their preferences and requirements.
  • Product Demonstration: Conduct live demonstrations to showcase the features and functionality of the mobile phones, such as camera quality, battery life, and special features.
  • Sales Support: Assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions by providing product information, answering questions, and explaining warranties or promotions.
  • Brand Representation: Represent the brand professionally and positively, maintaining a high level of product knowledge and enthusiasm.
  • Store Maintenance: Ensure the promotional display is well-organized, clean, and stocked with the necessary marketing materials.
  • Reporting: Provide daily or weekly sales reports, customer feedback, and inventory updates to the supervisor or sales manager.

Qualifications

  • Experience: Prior experience in retail sales, promotions, or mobile phone sales is preferred but not required.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to engage with customers and build relationships.
  • Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of mobile phone technology, operating systems, and common features. Training will be provided for specific product knowledge.
  • Sales-Oriented: Strong persuasion and negotiation skills with the ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Appearance: Presentable, professional, and able to represent the brand positively.
