Role Overview:

As an Interior Architect at our firm, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the aesthetic and functional aspects of interior spaces across a diverse range of projects. From residential developments to commercial properties, you'll have the opportunity to create innovative designs that elevate the human experience and enhance quality of life. Responsibilities:

Collaborate with clients, architects, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements, goals, and objectives.

Develop creative and innovative interior design concepts that align with client preferences, brand identity, and project vision.

Prepare detailed drawings, renderings, and specifications to communicate design intent and guide the implementation process.

Select appropriate materials, finishes, furnishings, and accessories to enhance the functionality, aesthetics, and comfort of interior spaces.

Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure the successful execution of design plans within budget and timeline constraints.

Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress, resolve issues, and ensure adherence to design standards and quality control measures.
Requirements:


Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field from an accredited institution.
Proven experience as an Interior Architect or Interior Designer, preferably in a consulting or architectural firm.
Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite, Lumion .

Strong understanding of design principles, space planning, and building codes/regulations.

Excellent creativity, artistic flair, and attention to detail.

Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts effectively to clients and stakeholders.

Fluency in Arabic and English is required, with additional languages considered a plus.
