Responsibilities and Duties

• Operate production lines and equipment in accordance with approved operational standards.
• Monitor product quality at various stages of manufacturing and ensure compliance with technical specifications.
• Contribute to basic equipment maintenance and report any technical faults to the relevant department immediately.
• Record daily production data accurately to ensure the precision of statistical reports.
• Full compliance with occupational health and safety policies within the factory.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and achieve required production goals.
   

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in relevant fields.
• Previous practical experience ranging from one to five years in a manufacturing environment or similar field.
• Ability to work in shift patterns (morning and evening) when necessary.
• Good physical fitness to perform field tasks efficiently.
• Proficiency in handling basic tools and technologies used on production lines.
