Tajoura Foodstuffs Import Company announces its need to hire a highly experienced and capable Sales Manager to join the team and contribute to managing and developing the sales activity and achieving the company's sales targets

Roles and responsibilities:
Manage the sales team, distribute tasks, and monitor daily performance
Develop monthly and annual sales plans and monitor their implementation
Achieve sales targets and increase distribution volume and reach
Follow up with current customers and develop the relationship with them
Search for new clients and markets and open additional selling channels
Monitor the movement of sales representatives and supervisors and daily visit reports
Analyze sales, returns, and outstanding debts and prepare reports for senior management
Coordinate with warehouses and the financial administration to ensure smooth sales and collection operations
Monitor performance of sales areas and evaluate results of each region
Monitor competitors, prices, and market movement and propose suitable solutions
Develop sales and collection policies in line with the company's goals
Contribute to selecting, training, and evaluating the sales team

Requirements:
Suitable university qualification
At least 7 years of practical experience in sales
Previous experience in a Sales Manager or Senior Sales Supervisor position
Experience in food or consumer goods or distribution preferred
Ability to lead sales teams and achieve targets
Proficiency in preparing sales plans, reports, and sales analytics
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office programs, especially Excel
Ability to deal with customers and resolve field issues
Leadership, organized, and able to make decisions
Commitment, seriousness, and ability to work under pressure
Condition of willingness to work in Libya - Tripoli
